Terms & conditions
- At the discretion of management, select attractions—or the entire park—may close earlier than advertised or remain unavailable without prior notice or compensation.
- Guests must meet minimum height requirements.
- Children under 13 must be accompanied by someone aged 16 or above.
- Appropriate swimwear (no street clothes, cotton, transparent or metallic-accented attire) is mandatory.
- Loose items like sunglasses, jewelry, and street shoes are prohibited on rides.
- GoPro cameras are permitted with straps on most rides, excluding Jumeirah Sceirah.
- Outside food, beverages (except 1‑liter water bottles), and alcohol are not allowed.
- Smoking is only permitted in designated areas.
- Guests with health conditions (e.g. heart, neck, back issues, pregnancy) are advised to avoid rides and follow lifeguard instructions.
- Lockers are available (fees apply); management isn’t liable for personal losses.
- Inappropriate or unsafe behaviour—running, horseplay, offensive language, intoxication, queue-jumping—may result in removal without refund.
- Rides and attractions may close temporarily due to maintenance or weather, without refund.
- Park reserves the right to amend rules, modify access, or reject entry in accordance with UAE regulations.
